Change Ahead Non-Profit Charity’s Education For Change Terms and Conditions

By booking or participating in Change Ahead Non-Profit Charity’s “Education For Change” classes (“Classes”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should not book or participate in the Classes.

 Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian.

Booking & Payment:

•       All Classes must be pre-booked through our contact channels.
•       Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
•       All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Class Conduct:

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment during the Classes. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from any Classes without a refund.

Photos and videos:

We will occasionally take photographs and video footage of you. We sometimes use such images for the purpose of promoting Education For Change and Change Ahead Non-Profit Charity. Please inform us immediately if you do not wish us to use such images and footage in this way.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booked class, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund, however, rescheduling is possible based on availability.

Intellectual Property:

All content, resources, and materials provided during the Classes are the property of Education For Change and/or its partners and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Change Ahead Non-Profit Charity or Education For Change.

 Privacy & Data Protection:

Personal data provided during booking or participation in the Classes will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 Limitation of Liability:

While every care is taken, Education For Change does not accept responsibility for any harm or injury sustained during the Classes. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to join the Classes.

Changes to Terms:

Education For Change reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation or booking of the Classes after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
